Welcome to Markhor Animation Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Service Scope
Markhor Animation Studio offers digital services including 3D animation, modeling, rendering, and visual content creation services to clients globally. All work is custom and developed per client requirements.
- Project Initiation
Projects begin only after the client confirms the scope, timeline, and makes the necessary payment. All communications regarding deliverables are documented via email.
- Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the original agreement. Excessive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.
- Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by the client may affect final delivery.
- Ownership & Usage Rights
Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Payment Terms
Full or milestone-based payment is required in advance, depending on the project. All payments are processed via our billing partner, Paddle.com. Currency for all transactions is USD unless otherwise agreed.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and assets necessary for project completion. Failure to respond within agreed timeframes may delay or affect project completion.
- Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use licensed third-party tools or software for delivering your project.Any issues or limitations from these tools are not under our direct control.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, errors, or missed deadlines due to factors beyond our control. Service is provided “as-is.”
- Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. In case of unresolved matters, the governing laws of Pakistan will apply.
- Changes to Terms
Markhor Animation Studio may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
